Do I have to pay for shipping?

For orders over 50USD, all shipping is free. 

When will my order arrive?

It depends on where you are. Our international orders are all shipped by DHL. When your order is shipped, you will have received a tracking number from us that you can plug into DHL’s tracker. Most international orders arrive within 2 weeks.

My purchase arrived but it’s the wrong size, can I get a refund or exchange?

Did you check our sizing chart? We highly recommend it as our clothes are a tailored fit. Get in touch with sera@gundem.cc and we’ll sort you out.

I really love your X design but it's sold out. Will you make more?

Thanks! We really like our designs too. We only produce 100 of each clothing item. Our non-clothing accessories are even more limited. So if you don’t want to miss out in the future, sign up to our newsletter or follow us on the socials to keep track of our latest drops.

I want to see your garments IRL, do you have stockists? 

You can currently find us at Soul Kitchen in Ankara and we are always looking to work with independent stores across the world.
